... near a (cheap!) supermarket (so I don't have to remember to buy everything at once)
... somewhere that doesn't involve cycling uphill on the way home from work or the station, because I'm likely to be tired those times

... within the sound of a clock chiming the hours at night

... somewhere I can have broadband that's not ntl.

... not too close to scary pub. apparently especially not one with a late license.
