To be done every morning before (optionally) hugging a tree

Stretch up, up in the air.

Bend right down and touch your toes.

Stretch your arms right out, lean back slightly.

Finally curl your arms right in, and hug yourself.

Please do not offend any trees. Only hug them if you really want to and are prepared to talk to them too.
